How It Works

Bartlett Cooling Help is a referral service operated by Silvano Para. It is not an HVAC company and does not repair air conditioners. When you call (844) 434-1547, your call is connected to an independent HVAC contractor or partner network serving your area.

What this site does

The site explains why air conditioners stop cooling in plain language, using public sources such as the U.S. Department of Energy, the EPA and NOAA, and gives Bartlett-area homeowners a phone number that connects them with a local contractor.

Step by step

Here is what happens from the moment you dial until the work is done. The operator of this site is not involved in the diagnosis, the price or the repair; those are between you and the independent contractor.

1. Call the number

Call (844) 434-1547 from the home that needs service. Please call only if you are the homeowner or can approve repairs.

2. Your call is connected

The call is routed to an independent HVAC contractor or partner network serving your area and may be recorded.

3. Describe the problem

Explain what the AC is doing: running but not cooling, blowing warm air, humming or not turning on.

4. Diagnosis and written estimate

The contractor arranges a visit, finds the cause and gives you an estimate before any repair.

5. You decide

You are never obliged to hire anyone. Any work and payment are between you and the contractor.

How we are paid

The operator may be paid for qualified calls by the network that routes them. That does not change what you pay the contractor, and you are never obliged to hire anyone. Details are in the Referral Marketing Disclosure.

What we do not do

We do not diagnose or repair equipment, set prices, or warrant any work or availability. Before hiring, ask the contractor about Tennessee or local licensing, permits, EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant work, and insurance.
