Our role

Bartlett Cooling Help, operated by Silvano Para, is a referral service. We provide general information and connect homeowners with independent HVAC contractors by phone. We do not perform, supervise, warrant or guarantee any work. We may be paid for qualified calls.

Calls and callback requests

Calling or submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, a price or acceptance of the job. Availability is not guaranteed. Please call only if you are the homeowner or are authorized to approve repairs.

Your agreement with the contractor

Any diagnosis, estimate, contract, payment, warranty and work are solely between you and the contractor. In Tennessee, HVAC projects of $25,000 or more require a state contractor license from the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors; smaller jobs are regulated locally, and refrigerant work requires EPA Section 608 certification. Verify licensing, permits and insurance before hiring.
