If you have a complaint about this website or how a callback request was handled, use the Request a Callback form and choose “Privacy or website question”. Complaints about a contractor’s work, price or conduct should go to that contractor first; you can also contact the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs or the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors.
