Who we are

This website is operated by Silvano Para (“we”), a referral service. We do not perform HVAC work.

Phone calls

When you call (844) 434-1547, the call is handled by a call-tracking network and routed to an independent HVAC contractor or partner network serving your area. Calls may be recorded and the call details (such as your phone number, the time and length of the call) are processed by those parties under their own privacy practices.

Callback form

When you submit the Request a Callback form we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, the problem you selected, your homeowner confirmation and consent, the page you submitted from and campaign parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source), if any. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io).

Why we use it

Only to arrange for an independent contractor serving your area to contact you about your request, and to protect the form against spam. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Campaign parameters may be kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, only to attach them to your request. The coverage map is embedded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map loads.

How long we keep it

Callback requests are kept for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete a request you submitted, use the Request a Callback form and choose “Privacy or website question”. This website has no email address.
